Question

OK, I was all set to get a Flow Master Series 40, when the guy at the shop suggested (strongly) to get a "Flow Pack". I didn't write it down, but I think he said it was made by a company called A.P.P. The Flow Pack itself has the shape of a cherry bomb muffler. Can anyone give me some feedback on this? Thanks in advance.

Also, FYI, I ordered a K&N Generation II kit today from a local shop, and his warehouse said they were on back order (for a '99 5.2 Ram).

Question

Not sure - could it have been Flow Tech ? They make the tubular style muffler (looks like an old cherry bomb style glass pack muffler) - it's called "Purple Hornies.

They also make some other great performance mufflers, like the Stinger, Truck TOOBs, Raptor, Afterburner, Terminator, and the WARLOCK.

I also know of another company called ARP - who make good performance fastners (connecting rods / bolts / head stud kits etc.)

That's as close as I can come . . .
