I'm looking for the name of the name of a late 60's mopar green paint but I can't remember the name, it is not olive, lime, or the apple one it is a dark, brightish green that may have a mettallic in it. I have never seen it in person, just pictures but I'm pretty sure it is a stock color, just one that wasn't ordered too much. I don't know if this made sense to any of you, but I think that I would recognise the name if I saw it, so even if anyone could name all of the greens for me, that would be great. Thanks I want to paint my car that color but it would help if I knew the name of the paint.

Most of those dark metallic green colors were loosly referred to as "British Racing Green" back in the late 60's. If you have an automotive paint supplier near where you live, go in and ask to see thier chip books and explain what you are looking for. They are usually helpful in this area. I am making the assumption that the color you are referring to is a real dark leaf green.

RunnerDave, try EF8 Dark Green Metallic, which is a 69-70 color or EF9 Dark Emerald Metallic, which is a 70 color. GF7 is Dark Green Metallic for 71.
