QUESTION????

Has any one purchased the middle of the road extended warranty for your truck, the one that covers every thing & has a $50.00 deductable. I'm getting near the end of the 36K one.... I got a quote of $1200!!! OUCH

Any service contract is pretty much a gamble. I work at a DC dealer and got a service contract on my 95 Ram. I don't have to pay for labor since I am the one working on it, but in case of a major failure I have the piece of mind knowing that it probably will be covered. We use this truck to travel in and if something does happen the Chrysler contract covers a rental car for up to 3 days, sometimes longer if there is a prob getting parts or something. It's been three years and I haven't used it once.

Check your options, there are several companies offering extended contracts. Chrysler is usually overpriced.

BUY A CHRYSLER SERVICE CONTRACT, THE OTHERS ARE ABIG PAIN IN THE BUTT. I WORK IN A DEALERSHIP THERE ARE NO HASSLES WITH CHRSLER IF IT IS COVERED IT IS COVERED. THESE AFTERMARKET COMP.DO NOT WARRANTY ALL THEY SAY THEY DO.IT WILL PAY FOR ITS SELF TRUST ME 1 A/C PROBLEM OR TRANS PROBLEM & IT MORE THAN PAYED FOR ITS SELF
