I've got a 1985 Ram 4x4 shortbox with a stock 318...it has 150,000 miles on it. I have a stock 360 from a similar year with 60,000 miles on it. How much work would it be to change it and what performance boost would i expect?

You should get more torque and HP from the 360 (obviously) - like the old saying goes - theres no replacement for displacement

I know there will be increased torque and hp, but i was wondering just how much(approx). Also, what would you estimate the gas mileage difference would be...i currently get between 11-13mpg.

Thank you

Craneage, I don't know what the difference would be in MPG for that year. It's carbureted right?
However, I can tell you that I have had 360s in my 90s Dodges and the 1/2 tons got 13 to 16 pretty consistently. My buddy has a 318 in his 94 and his mileage is 11-15, ( a real sore point for him). This may give you some idea.
