Has anybody have any experience with the Dynomax headers? Please let me know

Ok - I was hoping some one else could tackle this one, but here ya go.
They make both the "street" series and the "standard" series. They are available in either painted, stainless steel or Jet Hot ceramic coatings. They use a 3/8" inch flange seal. They are mandrel bent and supposed to just "bolt on." Dynomax also makes the "Blackjack" and "Cyclone" brand names. If you tell me what year, I can tell you parts numbers. ------------------ "Good Luck on your project." |

96 5.2L Ram. I was referring to the street series shorties. I saw them advertised in Jeg's. I was trying to get so feedback from someone who had installed them.

Well I can't speak for Dynomax....but years ago, when I was dabbling in IMSA racing, I had a 76 Mercury Capri that I dropped a 318 stroker into....and I used Blackjack headers. They didn't live up to any of their claims...that was then, this is now.
An informed salesman is the best thing since sliced or toasted bread. When I was exhaust system shopping, most of the Bull came from the Dynomax corner. I've had three friends (one a Ram owner) REMOVE the Dynomax exhaust systems from their cars/trucks. But that's not headers....stick with JBAs or KB Pulse. stick with the mopar performance headers best one`s for the money or try doug`s headers www,dougsheaders.com (same man who used to own doug thorley headrs now thorley headers he has a whole listing of headers on his web site)
