Question

Just curious as to what you big tire guys do to the brakes to get your trucks to stop. I recently drove my neighbors 96 CC 360 with 35's on it and had to use both feet on the old stop pedal? Are there any tips and/or tricks you can relay so I can save my neibors life? The guy's sort of a "Richard" (no offense meant) but he does drive a Dodge and let's me hunt his land. I guess I owe him that much.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Dan

well, the first thing to try would be to make sure they just aren't in need of new pads. if that's not it, i'd try a high performance pad, some brand of carbon metallic. if that still doesn;t help enough, he can go with upgraded calipers/rotors. that starts getting expensive though. i've heard most of the big names make kits for our trucks. (baer, brembo, etc.)
