Here in central North Carolina.
87 Oct. = $1.45 - 1.49
89 Oct. = $1.55 - 1.59
93 Oct. = $1.65 - 1.69

The state government is talking about temporarily halt the gas on taxes. Yeah, like this is going to happen.

Thumbs down

Sorry guys, but I just really have to do this:

Gas here in Northern Europe
costs around $4 a gallon. Yes, four US dollars for ONE GALLON.

You really are lucky.

Just my 2 cents ;-)

In SW Florida it jumped .09 from 1.489 to 1.579 (87)in one week. This AM on the way to work 1.589 (87) to 1.789 (93). Of course my RC just loves the "gud stuff"

Just came back from filling up the Charger. Premium between 1.65 - 1.75 a gal depending on what station here in Alex. About .10 a gal more in MD. The car is getting the carb tuned tomorrow to see if I can get a couple more mpg so I can afford to drive it. Larry

Got an e-mail the other day. Person stated that on April 5, 6, & 7, 2000 we need to get as many people as we can to NOT buy any gas for any reason on those 3 days. Fill up before or after. Claims this will force the use of reserves. Talked to others and they seem to feel the same. I'm gonna do it....sure can't hurt.
