Alright, I've been here a couple times and decided to jump in, here's the deal.

I got a stock 71' Satellite Sebring with the 318. I threw on an Edelbrock single plane I picked up for nothing and a holley 600 double pumper after the first summer of driving. After last summer I decided she didn't have enough juice so I got my hands on a 70' 440.
It's going .040 over, forgot what casting the heads were, but I'm using the stock 4bbl intake. Got some standard exhaust man. (CHEAP) and will probably run 2 1/2 all the way back. The 727 I'm using is getting rebuilt and will get a factory high stall converter. What I need is a good cam. The car is a daily summer car, so I don't want to go too wild. I was thinking about a MP 268/284 or a 280/280, somwhere in that range.
Any recommendations/help would be great.

Normally,I'd recommend the 280/280 cam as I've used this in several big blocks and it's a very good cam. However in your case I'd use the smaller cam(268/284).It will work best for your application.

Either one sounds good to me with 10 to 1 pistons.
