Strange noise in fresh engine

I am in the process of finishing my 451 bb stroker.I just have to put on the drivers side rocker shaft and rockers and pushrods for that side.I hole time i have been working on it it makes these strange creeking sounds not metal on metal but some times when you turn it slow they creek loud.I was wondering if the oil ring might make some noise?Or my other thought was the cam shaft on cam brgs. i put oil on the cam when i put it in but i wondering if its that any one have this type of noises before?I even took the pan back off and looked evrywhere at the counter weights and checked rod side clearance and nothing rubbing there to me it sounds like i guess alun. on steel and it makes a wierd creeking noise??

I would check the valve to piston clearance to be sure it`s ok.
