will the disc brake spindals from a 72 demon interchange with a 72 duster drum spindals, what will i need to do the change, other that calipers, and rotors.

Sure, bolt right on there. You should replace the seals, bearings, etc at the same time unless you're so low buck that you can't spare the money. If you're careful and use the correct tool you can spare the ball joint seal, otherwise you'll need to change that also. Changing spindles is a good time to check the ball joints, tie rod ends, brake hoses, etc.

I believe in 72 the drum brakes were still small ball joint so you may need the upper A-arm. Just besure you double check it. If you dont then pull the upper a-arms anyways and I will buy them. I have a friend who needs discs on his 68 cuda and needs the upper a-arms.
