Hey looking. Couple years ago bought a 73 barracuda, 340, coulumn shift auto 3.23 gears, # matching. Had fresh viper red paint, interior was pretty much shot. New quarters were in car as was new trunk floor. Had 75000 miles on the clock. Drove it for 3 summers and put another 30000 miles on it. Paid 7000. Canadian. Have currently rebuilt motor at race shop new front end detailed engine bay added 3.55,s new interior tach guages rechromed bumpers 340 stripe etc. Spent about 12,000 Canadian this winter . Was happy before, now VERY happy. hope this helps

I think it is usually how much you are willing to pay for the car. If you wait long enough you come across real good deals. That time has likely passed cause eveyone thinks their car is worth a fortune.
