Question

anyone tell me about this block casting #. It doesn't match any of the I.D. materials I have. The # is 2408130 7. This block is a 383. All the other #'s from the heads, manifold, and so on I.D. it as a 1967 model. Thanks!

That is a 2468130. Standard 383 block casting. Sometimes the 6's look like 0's if the sand crumbled a bit during the casting process.
