Question

Do you have to cut valve reliefs in pistons in a stock 440 to use the 296-557 mp camshaft thanks

I didn't!! And I had plenty of clearance.I was using cast Silvolite pistons and a set of 452 heads with the big valves.Don't ask me what the specs were,'cause we literally threw this motor together 7 years ago and I cannot find my notes.I know the compression ratio was 9.2 and it ran 11.29 in a 3350# Dodge Demon. This is a good cam, makes plenty of power.
