Question

Is it possible to wire a Soft Touch controler to a MSD 6A..???? I was told it was possible. I have a MSD 6A and would like to add a revlimiter without buying a MSD 6AL.

I was told you have to wire it like a MSD 6T.

I don't believe there is any MSD rev limiter for the 6A. According to my MSD catalog the Soft Touch is for the 6T only - and the 6T has a connector specifically for the soft touch. You could call MSD tech to check for sure. They may be able to modify your 6A to 6T specs - but it probably would be cheaper in the long run to buy a 6AL.
