I own a 95 Ram with many mods and an automatic tranny. It shifts fine from 1st to 2nd.....right at 5000rpms. The problem is that it holds 2nd to 3rd to about 5300rpms.....way past the prime of 5000rpms. I've tried everything from manually shifting, short-shifting, lifting foot off throttle to get it to shift sooner, with no luck. I even called the Mopar Techline with no help at all. Is there any way to adjust this 2nd-3rd late shift? I do know that my tranny is NOT computer controlled, except going into overdrive. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
