DR. the shoot out on a dyno sounds good. It would be interesting to see a berry and a TQ go head to head. I thought doing back to back runs by swapping carbs on the same car but that would be very inaccurate.

Default 1000 CFM ThermoQuad?

The Thermoquad seems to have a whole lot of potential as a performance carb. HUGE CFM when tuned and small primaries for efficenty.
MAN oh man, if Carter (now Federal Mongol) or Edelbrock would start cloning the Thermoquad and selling it I would be first in line.
Great mileage until you stab the gas THEN hang on!!

Unhappy

I don't believe I misspelled that topic header!

RT - I suggested that on the Edelbrock head flow test using a similiar Berri carb to the TQ.

DR - Don't need a whole lot to make 'em FLY - just a set of brass floats and good flowing needles and seats. AND that redone secondary air valve adjustment tool - new and improved as it is!
