will stock rods hold up, any and all replies greatly app.!! 4" stroker 340 sounds good but will the block it self take the heat

Eagle I beam Rods
Eagle sell 5140 steel I beam Rods for a small block...seen them on ebay for $230.00...by the time you pay to resize them....put new bolts ....and if you rebush them.......you will spend more then that.....plus how many miles do the stock rods have on them?.....These are brand new....
