Question

I am thinking of buying a "new" car (new for me, anyway) with in the next month or two, and am looking for a convertable Muscle car. I want a Mopar. Basically I want a late 60/early 70 with a 440 or a 426. Which ones were available with the convertable tops? Also, what was the biggest one they had in that period (I'm 6'5", I don't fit in a lot of cars)? Thanks.

get to know these names
Coronet,Coronet 500, Coronet R/T, Roadrunner, GTX, Satilite...I think thats it...and Ric Smits from the Indiana Pacers is an avid Mopar man, he ONLY drives B-bodies..cause its all he can fit in...

The reason I didnt mention Cudas/Challengers or Darts/Barracudas is that Big guys dont like em...at least Mr Smits doesnt. He is quoted as saying something to the effect that he cant fit in them...but granted he is 7 feet tall...anyway
good luck on the hunt..a friend of mine up north has a coronet R/T convert that he might sell..It needs restored and a motor but the rest is there..but its not cheep!
