I have decided to upgrade the audio system in my 69 Sport Satellite. About 1 year ago I upgraded to a Sony CD head unit that withs with a custom faceplate(between the radio and the body). I through some No name 6*9's in the back and was ready to roll. Now however rear speakers are getting ready to kick the bucket, I have no front speakers, and the wiring under my dash is a mess. I would like to keep the head unit but redo the speakers. The parcel shelf is already cut out for the 6*9's but none of the mounting holes are in the right place, are there any kits, etc. for making good solid speaker mounts out of the original Reverberator and Rear Defroster cut outs?

My next question relates to the front speakers. I would like to remove the original indash speaker though I can't imagine what I would put in it'splace. I don't want to chop up the kick panels to put speakers in there, what do people suggest.

Thanks,
Chris
