Need some help guys.
Rules made me buy a new "approved" carb from our series tech guys. I guess this carb has some number stamped in it so you can't play with it or something like that. Anyway, I bolted this holley 4412 on after jstting it to what I had in my other carb, 4412 also, and it has a bad transition "stumble" from the idle circuit. I tried a new power valve, and blowing through all the air bleeds, but didn't help. Any thoughts? Thanks |

stock accel. pump, and can't change it (rules)
Power valve was a 4.5 and it didn't run right, so I switched it to a 6.5 and it still ran bad. Elevation 800 ft |

i run an 85 power valve but i find that unless i have just the right amount of clearance tween the pump lever and actuator i get a nasty stumble and or stutter but i run up around 4000 feet and also run about 10 degrees of base timing.
