Well i recently aquired a 77' Dodge powerwagon w/ a 360 and a bad exhalst! Well the one header has a hole in it about the sixe of a dime- i have some ideas for homemade fixes but is there anything i could like buy at wal-mart untill i get the money for new headers--sorry i sound cheap but fixing my dart and buying this truck is left me strapped for cash

I'm not sure I follow you on your description of the hole size "sixe of a dime". If the hole is fairly small and the headers aren't too rusty it could probably be fixed with a MIG welder as long as the person doing the welding knew what he/she was doing.

JB Weld at Walmart works wonders especially if the hole is close enough to the end of the tube to reach the backside and get the hole sealed good on both sides. Just make sure the rust is gone

There is some stuff at wal mart called thermosteel that is made espically for exaust leakes. Its good for up to 2400 degrees. it only cost about 4 bucks

Whatever epoxy you use, apply it over a small piece of wire mesh.
