I have a 71 Challenger 340. I just replaced the starter and for some reason it doesnt turn over. When its completely cold it starts fine or when its hot it starts fine but if it sits for a while and cools down, but not completely cool, it wont start. It just turns and turns but wont kick over. Is it a fuel problem, carb? Usually if I play with the choke I can eventually get it to start, but not always? What can I do?
