The obvious connections are the big red wire goes directly to Battery +12v, and the big blackwire goes directly to a good ground.
The seperare twin connection is the magnetic pickup which can connect directly to the magnetic distrubitor, or you can leave the distrubitor / Mopar ECU connected and trigger the MSD by connecting the Mopar ECU -Dist wire to the White MSD trigger wire (but disconnected from the coil.) This point will also work your tach without using the the MSD tach output and adaptor module. Also make sure none of the configuration wires has been cut (located under a small plastic cap.) This tells the MSD if it is on a 4,6 or 8 cylinder engine.
The red wire connects to the wire going to the coil + terminal (disconnected from coil.)
This just senses if the ignition system is on or off.
There should be (I think) an orange wire and a striped wire. These connect to the coil.
I think the orange wire is the coil + and the black striped one is the coil -. These should be the only wires connected to the coil.
