I solved my little problem. I found studs that matched all criteria except the knurl, they were larger being .665. My father-in-law is a retired machinist with 40 years in the trade. I told him my problem and he didn't see one. He took precise measurements and brought the holes up to a perfect press fit.The P/N is 98130 from of all places AUTO ZONE. The final bit size is 41/64. He and his neighbor (also a retired machinist) have the cleanest and well equiped shop I've ever seen. It looks like an operating room. P.S. They got a kick out of solving this.

Sounds like you had to do the same thing I did with my 86 Ramcharger.I ended up using a 41/64 bit after the manufacturer said to use a 29/32(Mr. Gasket). This was on the front rotors, and I had a machine shop cut down the length of the studs so that the factory lug nuts would work. What I was doing was installing a set of 99 Ram truck alloys, and the 86's stud lenghth wasn't long enough.
