What brand of sparkplug should I use with these heads? Also suggestion on heat range.

The brand isn't that important, use a well known brand and it should do the job. The heat range has a lot to do with the other parts in the engine, but usually the aluminum heads like pretty warm plugs. If it's a pump gas streeter, I would use Bosch W 78 X's, have been very happy with them. Another choice with no surprises is NGK BP5ES or equivalent.
