Unhappy

yeah but how do you get it to work? I've tried but nothing happens. Will it show up right away? How big can it be?

As far as I know, you have to link it to another website, that has your image. I haven't heard of anyone getting the upload function to work.

Cool

Once you have something you want to use as an avatar, save it on a disk as a gif or jpeg. then put it on the web somewhere; your site or something like photopoint(they're gonna start charging soon). make sure that your saved image is 50 x 50 pixels and under 20000 bytes before putting it on the web. Once it is on the web, right click it, then click on "properties" Then highlight the location of the image and copy it. Go to your profile and paste the image location in the site location box on the change avatar screen. after that, click "browse" and find the location of the image on your disk. then submit the changes to your profile.

This is how I did it.
