Completely rebuilt 2.5L Magnum engine out of a `92 Dakota (RWD)

Yes and no Art,I am really wanting to build one myself with lower compression for the super 60 turbo but right now the car does not run,well it does but god does it smoke,so much so that it's an embarassment to drive.
