Question
What's with the rating catagory and the only post I've seen with the stars had 5. It's the only one I've seen since this no program was loaded. What is all that for?

If you notice on the lower right hand side of your screen you'll see a pull down menu that says, "rate this thread". Thus explaining the stars.
