Unhappy

I hate to ask this question, but my back is against the wall. We are fixing to rebuild my uncle's hunting truck and we are not sure of engine size and year. Problem is it's a chevy!!!!!!!Sorry guys, like I said I hated to ask it! The dealership won't help, and I can't find it listed in any of the repair manuals. If some one has access to some ref materials I would be very grateful, and promise never to ask another chebbie question again!!!
#10066036 is the block number...no ID pad anywhere..I want to think it's 1969 or newer.

I don't know much about belly button motors, but I checked around and found a site that might be able to help you.
www.tracyvette.com/engineid.html

Good luck,
