Unfortunately no....that is if you want your gauges to all work. The PCM will work on a 97, but you won't have any gauges. Sorry

I'd like $200 for the PCM. If you want any other parts, I may have some lying around somewhere. Just make me a list. I got a Dakota with a 4.7, so none of my parts will interchange. E-mail me any questions or if you want the PCM. My addy is chevyguru@yahoo.com I go to school at ABAC in Tifton, GA...and will be there from August 7th until whenever so if you want to meet up to cruise sometime, it wouldn't be a problem for me to come down or meet you somewhere.
