My 99 has 22465 miles on it and the battery won't do
squat. Do anyone know if the dealer will give you
a new one or do they prorate it. Then if it is prorated
they will say the cost of the new one is 100.00 or
something. Is it worth the effort to go to the dealer
or should I just pick up a 7 year battery for about half
the cost.

Like they say give it a try and see what happens. If no, get a Optima Red Top gel cell......

Cool

I have a '99 Durango and the battery died 3 months ago. Dealer replaced it at no charge.
