I was just wondering where everyone's screen names come from? Now I know some are obvious (cmyindy) you can just see that one right away(sorry to use you as an example but you popped to mind first cmyindy) but there are others that get me thinking and are pretty cool!!!

Mine for example( not to be confused with dubige,(weed)) It was just a word that means nothing that my brother-in-law used to call me pronounced DUB-G and it just stuck!!!!

Who else has a good story on how they got their screen name???

Mine's obvious to the Mopar crowd. I picked it before I started coming to Mopar bulletin boards. It sounds cool and mystical to people who aren't NASCAR or Petty fans. Now I wish I had a different name sometimes, because a lot of the Mopar people ask me if I own a wing car (I don't) and I feel like they think I'm some sort of poseur or something. But like I said, I had the handle before I started visiting the Mopar boards...

It might sound a bit morbid but mine is from a series of books I really enjoy and Arawn is the lord of the dead. I just really liked the character and it stuck with me.

TX = Texas - That's where I are.
Bulldawg = Old high school nickname - Kinda originated while maxxing at the squat rack in the weight room. My multiple chins and lack of a neck probably had something to do with it.

TXBulldawg here & over on Fritz's board, Bulldog, Bulldawg, or J.D. Lawhon elsewhere.

My wife used to tell my friends that Frank and Dart are out in the garage. where else? I built a 71 Dart using the Hemi from my wrecked 68 Roadrunner. It was so named FRANKENDART.
I now have a '72 Dart and guess what I'm doing.

Pretty obvious here for the most part. Phase one of 426 fascination began when I was 8 years old and the 426 Max Wedge was introduced. My older brother and my dad were Mopar enthusiasts and I had almost no choice but to follow along in this pursuit. We lived in Paducah, Kentucky at the time and a black 63 Dodge 330 2 door post made it to the street packing 426 Max power. Also sitting in the DQ one day in Mayfield, a town south of Paducah a red 63 Dodge rumbled in uncapped letting everyone there enjoy Max music. We also had a neighbor a block away that had a 64 red Sport Fury 426 4 speed street wedge car. He was found of smoky launches and snap shifts to the delight of the neighbor hood kids. Phase two began with the 426 Hemi and the 64 Daytona 500. Then on to further NASCAR victories and then drag racing dominance. On and on, I could cite more examples, but most of you could guess several of them all the way up to today's landmark SS/A and SS/AA
performance. This obsession climaxed in 1983 when I got my 69 Hemi Runner. It's currently undergoing a second restoration. Know what? When you get right down to it, 426 is just a good number anyway.

Back in the '70s there was a guy in So Cal who used to sell Mopar Muscle cars named "GTX John" At the time I had a '69 Charger & a friend suggested I call myself Charger Chuck & sell used cars. Ha. Fast forward 25 years & when I bought my current car I found Moparchat & thought the name would fit. I guess I better not trade it for a 'Cuda or I'll have to change my name LOL.

Native American gave it to me, me being a true blue Cowgirl, and he seen that my spirit was of an Eagle, so he gave me the Sky part to put after it, suits the purpose,
