I'm trying to find out if anyone [MPP?] makes a stroker crank for the 318/360 Magnum [92'+] motors. Does it come with a 6 or 8 bolt flange?
i was hoping for a 3.60"ish stroke for the 318 and a 3.79"ish stroke for the 360. Can the 'A' motor cranks be cut down to fit Magnum mains, or is there no modification neccessary? Anything special i should know about as far as balancing a Magnum stroker? Thanks. |

They recently came out wiht one for the 360 magnum motors. I can't remeber the flange, but total cubes comes out to 408ish. It utilizes the stock size connecting rod.

I just looked at my 2001 MP catalog and it says nothing about old style only or Magnum only cranks. I think they are the same. 6 bolt is the only choise for a small block. A 3.6 crank in a standard bore 318 would give you 346 cid and a 3.79 crank in a standard 360 would be 381 cid.
