Thumbs up

I've been noticing when i full up its not getting any more expensive$$$$$$
Here's the local prices!
87oct-$1.53-$1.63
89oct-$1.62-1.68
93oct-$1.66-1.75

It's wierd though because where we go 3-wheeler riding only a 1 1/2 West out in minersville pa the Hess gas is:
87oct-$1.37
89oct-$1.42
93oct-$1.58

Even still-----VP racing fuel is still $5.00/gal

The real sucky thing is that the gas prices probably wont come down again. Opec, from what I am reading, is putting out more Fuel now than ever before. its not the arabs that are driving up the prices but the WORLD demand for it. THe more people who want the "American Pie" the less pie for the americans..cars used to be purly the domain of Americans and Europeans..pretty much..now EVERYONE can get one....
a depressing thought..yes

Here in Illinois/Missouri area the gas prices hit in the $1.80 range. Now they are down to $1.35. We have a chain of Fastops that has a day when one of the stores has gas at .99 cents and they announce it on the radio that day.

At the local Citgo:
87 octane - 1.45
89 octane - 1.54
93 octane - 1.62
Prices went up 3-4 cents in the last week or so. To these numbers.
I used to always go to Sunoco, but since they added ethanol in the spring this year, I haven't been back there since. No emissions junk in my cars!

We had gone down, and were hovering at $1.59 for the cheap stuff (premium is 20cents more/gal. The last week it has crept back up to $1.67 (due to State Fair, and holiday weekend coming up most likely). I felt ok for awhile when you mid-west types were gettin' jammed for ~$2/gal., but yours went down...ours didn't .
