Anyone here ran Webers successfully on the street?
Unsuccessfully? LOL I'm looking at picking up a 4X2throat 48IDA set-up on a keith black intake for a late style Hemi. Any thoughts on the matter?? Is this enough carburetion for a 528 crate engine?? (It's for a street rod....) |

I run three 45 DCOE webers on my Aussie Charger..which is a stock set-up. They are great carbs are run very well when properly tuned. They can be adjusted to suit just about anything, you just need some patiance and the ass't jets, emulsion tubes, etc to set them up on something like you are talking about.

That's what I'd heard. It's the set-up that's the key.
Do you think four 48 IDA carbs could support a 650hp 528 cubic inch engine?? |

I would think so..with different venturis avaialble, and the wide range of jetting, tuning stuff there is, they should be able to be set-up to support that much CID
