Thanks for the info. A guy I met at a car show was wondering what it would look like grafted into his RAM truck hood.

I just wasn't sure of the exact name. Thanks again.

That hood is a power buldge hood with the air-grabber. Some 1970's just had the hump with-out the working scoop. I saw some trucks at the Nationals in Columbus with Shaker hoods. They were really cool. I have pictures on my website, www.cspracing.cjb.net
I also have some close-ups of the air-grabber

Thats my car!...nah..mines in the driveway...but its a twin...My 70 R/R is ev2 with the air grabber....Plymouth called it air grabber and dodge called it ramcharger.

That isnt the ramcharger hood.. The ramcharger had 2 scoopes that were "bolted" onto the hood. and it isnt the powerbulge either..the power bulge hood(On dodges only) had the 2 scoopes CUT into a large bulge on the hood.

maxwedge the dodge vaccum operated air scoop is called the ramcharger, has a rams head on either side just like plymouth's vaccum operated air grabber pop up scoop with the sharks. i have one of each.
