Thanks Andrew! I appreciate the opportunity to do what I can to help my fellow Durango enthusiasts!

First, a quick note to those who don't know me. I have been driving mopar trucks since almost as long as I been able to drive. Since the Marine Corps, I have had 3 Jeeps (CJ5's), 3 Cherokee's, 1 Ram and most recently, a 2001 Durango. To be honest, I have primarily been involved with 4X4's. I will say that I can and will support all types of Durango's, whether it be a monster Durango with over 9" of lift and 38" mudders or the slammed D thats a real ground hugger show stopper.

While I must admit I am not considered a wrench head, I have modified all of my trucks. Be it go-fast or custom body style to audio systems that will rock you, I've been there! I firmly believe that although Chrysler has provided us with a fine truck, its really only a starting point which through modification becomes an extension of yourself.

At MoparChat I believe Andrew and others have provided a unique place for you to participate and learn more about your Mopar truck. Whether its a question on "how do I get better gas mileage out of my Durango" to "How can I get 350 or more ponies out my Durango", I have found the MoparChat community the best, bar none, group of enthusiasts of its kind on the web today!

I want to thank you for your participation here at the MoparChar community. Its your participation that makes this site the best resource on the web!

I ask that you please bear with me over the next couple of weeks. I have a project that I am working on at work so my posts may be a tad light until the 4th.

What are ya wait'n for! Register now to become a member of the largest Mopar community on the web! Best of all, It's FREE!

Help pass the word 'bout MoparChat.com!!!

Way to go Ron. I've had two Cherokees, an Eagle 4X4 station wagon (remember AMC?) and a couple of old Mopars. As you know, I too am the proud owner of a 2001 R/T, ( you're a copycat! ) and am happy to have you as the new moderator.

Thanks everyone!!

FYI- Man, I'm having a helluva time trying to get on (or stay connected) for more than a minute or 2 from this hotel room!! I am also unable to send/reply to e-mails (I can read 'em, though!)

Please bear with me this week!

BTW- My Ram was sold today! My wife showed him the truck, he went once around the block and presto, SOLD! I'm alittle upset that I wasn't there to see her off, though Oh well.......

You know what that means, here comes the mods for my Durango!!! !!!

Ron
