Hi,
I´d like to know if the shifter pistol grip setup/linkage from a 71 roadrunner (box, shifter rods, shifter rod levers, mounting plate, shifter boot) will fit an ebody... Thank |

Yes it will. There one in the same. However, the shifter handle, the actual pistol grip stick is not the same, its taller.
My buddys old Road Runners stick was tall and bent a little weird compared to the "E" bodys short straight stick. You can use another stick until the correct unit is found. |

The shifter will.
The rods will not (they are longer on the E-body). The stick will not (se above post). The levers are different part # but will work. The boot: No idea. |

there both right and wrong, but the bottom linr is, dont do it. it will look silly with that long pistol grip, plus your right arm will be bent almost to the back seat trying to shift. if mother mopar ment for both cars to have the same shifter it would of happen.they would have saved alot of money.
