Has anyone ever had the small bolt pattern 14x6 or 7 on the front of their 72 a-body with disk brakes. One guy I know says they fit no problem. Another one says they fit but you need wheel spacers.

My 72 Duster came with disc brakes and 5x4 pattern on a 14 inch ralley rim. And for a while I ran an after market rim that was 14 x 6 with the same bolt pattern with no problems and no spacers on the front. I guess it depends on the offset of the rim you are using. All the rims I've run on this car have been with a 0 offset.

Cragar wheels
I'm looking to buy the same wheel for my 70 Duster with disc brakes. Don't you need 4.25 inch back spacing to clear brake hub? What is the term off set mean?

I just talked to a dealer and he said the 14x6's are standard and the 14x7's have the reverse offset meaning alot of the wheel is inside or on the back side of the wheel.
