I have the Hooker regular Competition Headers, ceramic coated, in my 70 Charger 500 with 383 and power steering. They work great, but they did require some "persuasion" to clear the front steering link.

I'v got a set of Casler headers that I had ceramic coated on my Bee with a MP starter. The starter will come out with the headers still in place.

If you don't want to do any header denting then you should go with headman 1 3/4 inch headers. They fit in my 68 charger and my dad's 69 charger without having to dent them. I have also tried hookers and if you decide to go in that direction be prepared to make minor dents to make them fit. Good luck.
