Any of you all running cragers on your a-body? I know you can still get them but only in 14x6 or 14x7. Is it cool to go 14x6 on the front with a 225/60 and a 14x7 on the rear with a 245/60? These wheels also seemed expensivew to me. 146.00 FOR THE 14X6'S AND 169.00 FOR THE 14 x7's.

Lightbulb Cragar Slots on 5 x 4.00" B.C.

I had a set of these on my Dart in the late seventies. I bought them used. My problem with them was that they hit the balance weights on the drums. I ended up using a thin spacer (1/4") to space the wheel out away from the drum. It had a severe vibration during braking before I did that. Mine were the 14" x 6" and had a 3" back spacing. With the offset, my front tires hit the leading edge of the fender. I had to radius the fender a bit to make them fit. I went to rallye wheels later and was content with 14" x 5.5". Now, I'd get Wheel Vintiques to make me a set of 15" x 7" with the small pattern for the rear and 15" x 6.5" for the front.
