Thumbs up

I believe I found the problem of my ill running 383[see need help]. I pulled the plugs on the drivers side and found that #5 was wet with fuel. I looked at the plug wire and it was melted down to the metal plug clip, I even run taylor insulating covers over the plug boots and it burned through that. I dinged the tube in a little, taped up the plug boot, and turned the insulating cover to a side that was good. I'm waiting for the weather to break so I can test it out. I'll let u know how it turns out later on. thanks for the help everyone, plmczy
