this car is supposed to be very rare. '98 GTP. its an official pace car. its the only one of its kind but there are others from other nascar tracks. this one is from Nazareth. bought it cheap. must have been modified from factory. top end is unknown. 3rd gear gets approximately 155 mph. 2nd approx 100. 1st is 50 mph. dont know about overdrive. havent took it to the strip yet but it did get a turbo regal (grand national clone) towards the end out on the street. also got a superchared rustang saleen. this isnt the exact picture. its of the michigan pacecar.

Biggrin calm down......

im a mopar fan. working on a blown 383 (stroked to 431) for my ram. some one mentioned something about a turboT/A and i figured hey why not ask about the GTP. wasnt meant to sound like a bragging or something just doing my dad a favor. he was wondering. he sold his mopars in exchange for better mileage. hes too old any ways. he used to have a 440 6pak roadrunner. ran 9.90's he cant do that no more.

Cool

Hey curious,

I'd help you out by saying you at least had an american car. But if pontiacs are like Dodge cars, they have mostly foreign parts. so i'll say this. I am planning on buying a firebird in 2002. Actually, it'll be a firehawk.

My $.02

John
