Question

does anybody know where you can get a cheeper steel underdrive pulley instead of aluminum billet pulley. i dont need the expensive look, just more bang for the buck. I have a 360 small block with a/c, and power steering. I have checked jegs, summit and mopar performance and the all have the aluminum ones. please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Certain year cars have smaller pulleys than others. You can fish around junk yards for what your looking for. I scored a real small ALT. pulley from the local yard. Just how far you can go in this way is an unknow to me. Then again, you could always check other types of brands for depth of pulley. A drill can handle the bolt sizes for a water pump and the size hole needed (if different) for the ALT. Just a shot in the dark.
