Im facing a dilemma. I have located a 70 barracuda cloned to a 70 cuda very close to completion of a complete restoration.
Im partial to the 71 because of the front grill and the billboards. Would it be Mopar un-ethical to clone a 70 barracuda into a 71 Cuda by changing the front grille and adding billboards? Could anyone could really tell the difference just by looking at it? Would it lower the value of the car more than slightly? Does anyone know what exactly the differences are between the 70 and the 71 cuda's other than the billboard option and the front grill |

Man you are asking for it here!
If you like the 71, buy one. The answer to your questions is yes. |

you do what you feel is the best way to do your project. as far as value if your honest when you sell and the person whose buying understands what you did and is not concerened about the year, so be it. good luck on your project. just keep it a mopar.
