Default hollow bolt

One of the 4 bolts that holds the thrust plate on has a hole drilled through it on my 71 340. I guess it this is to oil the timing chain? Where should this bolt be the top or bottom? left or right?

340 party

That hollow bolt goes into the top left side of the thrust plate facing the engine.
