Chrysler Intrepid?

A couple of months ago I saw a strange site. I was riding down the interstate when I saw this white (2000 model i guess) Intrepid come up behind me and then around me. The strange thing was, it had a "CHRYSLER" name plate on the side! As it went by, I looked at the rear of the car and it had "Intrepid" name plate in the back. Now, I know what the Intrepid looks like and I know what the Chrysler version looks like, very different in the nose and rear.

Any else seen these.......?

Maybe Chrysler put their name on a few Interpids so they have "Chrysler" in nascar too?

It was a Canadian Intrepid. They only have Chrysler models now; Dodge went away a couple of model years ago.

I live almost on the Florida border and dont see to many Canadian cars (tags) around here.

Chrysler Intrepid......just doesnt sound right.

Yep I drive one, 2000 CHRYSLER INTREPID R/T
I live in Canada and work in the states.
The differences are:
Steering wheel-Chrysler logo not Rams head
Hood Emblem- Chrysler
Doors- Chryser not Dodge R/T
Cluster- Metric 240 KPH

Other than that, same car
But Driving in the states turns heads because of the badging.
