Default side oiler?

Hello, I just installed hooker hedders on my 71 demon 340 4 spd. I took off the side oiler just to get more room, I noticed a fiber type washer and an what was was left of an o ring. Are these special sizes or can an auto parts store supply one that fits nicely and I could also maybe put some sealent on. Thanks. Tim
