Default Mopar Performance R/T camshaft w/ Hydralic rollers

How much of a performance gain should I get from this mod. Also what else should I get to compliment this.

The R/T cam is a peice! I would go with a Crane cam, contact Fastman for more info about it. Im not sure on the specifics

You'll need a modified Throttle Body and a better exhuast to realize the full potential. Cold air intake also.

Next to nothing, dont waste your time. I had that cam in for a year, pulled it out and threw it away. Look for something else. I dont think you'd need a modified TB until you start getting pretty serious. Mines not modded(yet) and it still runs great, true I will get more out of my motor when I do it, but my motors far from the stock 5.2 that was once in my truck.

I wouldn't recommend the R/T camshaft, it's a rather mild grind and power gains will be minimal. I would go with a Compcams 20-602-8, 206/210 duration, 480/512 lift, 112 cl., this cam makes big power in the 5.2. I installed one a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it, really woke up my engine. You will need to install R/T valve springs and retainers with this cam due to the high lift ( R/T springs are rated up to .525 lift and 6000 rpm).
KRC Performance and Summit carry this cam. Good Luck!
