HELP!!! preformance parts or tricks

Can any one help me with where to goto find performance parts or even tricks to make my 1994 Dodge Intrepid es to get more horsepower? please help

Remove air silencer cone in air intake tube just above the air box (tales about 1-minute to do.
A K&N air filter may help (won't hurt) and it will last longer than the car.
I think the exhaust might be a decent design? but I'm not sure. I think re-programming the computer would help. You will have to call the guys that do this. One told me they could do this, but wanted me to prove I had higher speed rated tires before removing the top speed limiter.
Also, shorter tires on lightweight rims would help, the stock steel rims are heavy!
You may be able to plumb a nitrous kit into the intake also
